Terms for using Betfolyo.

By creating an account, signing in, subscribing, or using Betfolyo, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy notice. If you use Betfolyo for an organization or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Betfolyo helps you keep an independent record of sports betting activity and review that record through dashboards, reports, calendar views, targets, Smart Stake, AI Coach, and related account tools.

• Betfolyo does not offer betting markets, odds, sportsbook accounts, payment of winnings, betting execution, or gambling services.
• Betfolyo does not guarantee accuracy of any sportsbook data you enter manually or import from another source.
• Betfolyo is a tracking, analysis, and review tool. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, gambling, medical, or mental-health advice.

You may use Betfolyo only if you are legally allowed to use sports betting tracking tools in your location and are old enough to participate in sports betting activity under the laws that apply to you.

• You are responsible for understanding and following the laws, sportsbook rules, tax rules, and responsible gambling requirements that apply to you.
• Do not use Betfolyo if you are self-excluded from gambling, underage, or otherwise restricted from using betting-related tools in your jurisdiction.
• Do not use Betfolyo to evade sportsbook limits, account restrictions, legal restrictions, or responsible gambling safeguards.

You are responsible for your account, sign-in credentials, sessions, and the activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it updated.
• Keep your credentials secure and end sessions you no longer recognize.
• Notify Betfolyo through support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• Do not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account unless Betfolyo has agreed in writing.

You remain responsible for the betting records, notes, tags, targets, account names, uploads, and other content you add to Betfolyo.

• You confirm that you have the rights needed to enter and store the content you provide.
• Do not enter content that is illegal, abusive, misleading, malicious, infringing, or invasive of another person privacy.
• Do not enter highly sensitive information about yourself or others in free-text fields such as notes and tags.
• You grant Betfolyo the limited right to host, process, display, calculate, back up, and use your content as needed to provide and improve the service.

Betfolyo is meant to support discipline and review, not higher-risk behavior.

• Do not use Betfolyo to chase losses, bypass personal limits, or increase risk beyond your means.
• Set and respect your own bankroll, staking, time, and responsible gambling limits.
• If gambling is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm, stop using betting-related tools and seek qualified help in your location.

Reports, Smart Stake, and AI Coach are informational tools based on your records, filters, and product calculations. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong if the underlying data is incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or interpreted differently by a sportsbook.

• Smart Stake is a review and sizing aid, not a command to place or size any bet.
• AI Coach may generate summaries, patterns, and suggestions from compact evidence prepared by Betfolyo, but it may be wrong or miss context.
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether to place, avoid, size, cash out, or review any bet.
• No feature promises profit, loss prevention, successful predictions, or sportsbook approval.

Betfolyo may offer Free and paid plans with different limits, features, trial periods, billing periods, prices, currencies, taxes, discounts, and referral rewards.

• Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout.
• If you start a paid subscription or trial that converts to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges according to the checkout terms shown to you.
• You can manage eligible subscription changes and cancellations through the account billing area or the Stripe Customer Portal when available.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated in the checkout terms.
• Taxes, exchange rates, payment-provider fees, and bank charges may vary by location and payment method.

You agree not to misuse Betfolyo, interfere with the service, or use it in a way that harms Betfolyo, other users, service providers, or the product.

• Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, bypass limits, bypass subscription checks, or access non-public systems.
• Do not upload malware, automate abusive traffic, probe security controls, or interfere with authentication, billing, AI, analytics, or storage systems.
• Do not abuse referrals, discounts, trials, free limits, support channels, or account creation.
• Do not resell Betfolyo, copy protected product content, or use Betfolyo to build a competing service unless allowed by a written agreement.

Betfolyo relies on third-party providers for services such as authentication, payment processing, hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, support chat and ticketing, and AI model processing.

• Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy notices, service limits, outages, or account requirements.
• Betfolyo is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control, but we choose providers to support the operation, security, and reliability of the product.

Betfolyo may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features, plans, demo data, integrations, limits, and content as the product evolves.

• We may perform maintenance, release updates, or respond to security, billing, provider, legal, or operational issues.
• We try to keep Betfolyo reliable, but we do not promise that every feature will be available at all times or free from errors.

Betfolyo, including the website, app, design, software, brand assets, text, calculations, workflows, and product content, is owned by Betfolyo or its licensors.

• You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Betfolyo according to these Terms.
• These Terms do not transfer ownership of Betfolyo software, trademarks, content, or intellectual property to you.
• You keep ownership of the records and content you add, subject to the rights needed for Betfolyo to provide the service.

You may stop using Betfolyo at any time and close your account where account closure is available. Betfolyo may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, enforce these Terms, address non-payment, comply with law, or respond to security or abuse concerns.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Betfolyo is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that Betfolyo will be uninterrupted, error-free, profitable, accurate for every sportsbook rule, or suitable for every user purpose.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your location.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Betfolyo and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, betting losses, sportsbook decisions, or financial outcomes arising from use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount allowed by applicable law.

We may update these Terms when the product, plans, providers, laws, or operational needs change. When changes are material, we will update the date above and provide additional notice where appropriate. Continuing to use Betfolyo after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
