• Account and profile details, such as email address, display name, avatar, language, time zone, currency, theme, odds format, and notification preferences.
• Betting and portfolio records, such as book accounts, balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, adjustments, bets, selections, odds, stake amounts, statuses, payouts, cash-out details, CLV, sports, competitions, markets, tipsters, tags, targets, and notes.
• Billing and referral details needed to manage plans, trial status, subscriptions, invoices, discounts, portal sessions, and referral rewards.
• Support messages, admin settings, or other content you submit when asking for help or configuring the product.

Betfolyo creates operational and analytical records so the product can work, stay secure, and explain your own portfolio back to you.

• Dashboard, report, calendar, target, cashflow, Smart Stake, and AI Coach outputs derived from your own records.
• Account security details from the identity system, including session identifiers, IP address, browser, operating system or device summary, start time, and last activity where available.
• Product logs, timestamps, error details, and email notification history used to maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

The public website stores a small number of browser preferences and uses privacy-focused Umami analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.

• The website may store your theme preference and an authentication hint cookie used to adjust header actions when you already have an active app session. If Google Analytics is configured, it may also store your analytics consent choice.
• Betfolyo uses Umami Cloud for aggregate page views, referrers, UTM campaigns, device and browser information, country-level location, and marketing CTA events without identifying visitors or sending betting records.
• Google Analytics is disabled by default. When it is configured, Betfolyo starts with analytics storage denied and sends page views or marketing CTA events only after consent is granted.
• When the tawk.to support widget is configured, it may use cookies and local storage to manage chat connections, returning visitors, offline forms, and support tickets.
• Website analytics are not used to send your betting records, notes, bankroll details, or AI Coach reports to the marketing site.

We use information for purposes that fit the product you asked Betfolyo to provide.

• Provide account access, portfolio tracking, reports, calendars, targets, cashflow views, and account settings.
• Authenticate users, manage sessions, protect accounts, investigate errors, and prevent misuse.
• Calculate analytics, Smart Stake context, plan limits, subscription access, and referral rewards.
• Generate AI Coach reviews when you use that feature.
• Send account, security, billing, support, and optional performance summary emails.
• Maintain the service, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, Betfolyo relies on the basis that fits the use: providing the service, your consent, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.

• Service-related processing covers the account, app features, authentication, billing, support, and security.
• Consent is used for optional Google Analytics and may be used for optional communications or features where required.
• Legitimate interests include service reliability, fraud prevention, product safety, and understanding aggregate product performance.
• You can withdraw optional Google Analytics consent from the website consent choice when Google Analytics is enabled, and you can change app notification preferences in account settings.

AI Coach is a review feature for discipline, patterns, and bankroll awareness. It is not a sportsbook, prediction engine, or guarantee of future performance.

• When you use AI Coach, Betfolyo prepares compact evidence from your records and reports, then sends only the needed prompt payload to the configured AI provider so the report can be generated.
• Generated AI Coach reports, versions, timestamps, and related metadata may be stored with your account so you can review them later.
• Smart Stake and AI Coach outputs should be reviewed by you before use and should not replace your own judgment or responsible gambling limits.

Avoid entering highly sensitive personal information about yourself or others in notes, tags, or free-text fields because those fields may be included in reports or AI Coach context.

Betfolyo uses Stripe for checkout, subscription management, invoices, tax calculations where enabled, and the customer portal.

• Betfolyo stores billing status, plan, trial, subscription, Stripe customer, portal, and referral metadata needed to operate the product.
• Stripe processes payment details. Betfolyo does not store raw card numbers or full payment credentials in the app database.
• Billing records may be retained where needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support, legal, or tax obligations.

Betfolyo uses an identity provider for sign-in, password handling, verification, and session management.

• Passwords and sign-in sessions are managed by the identity system rather than stored directly in the app database.
• You can review and terminate active sessions from the app settings where available.
• We use access controls, administrative boundaries, logging, and storage controls to protect account and portfolio data.

Betfolyo keeps personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and keep reliable business records.

• Primary app records are stored in the application database. Uploaded avatars, catalog icons, and operational backup objects may be stored in object storage.
• Resetting tracking data removes your betting and portfolio records while keeping your login, avatar, sessions, and local preferences.
• Closing your account removes tracking data, deactivates sign-in, and ends sessions. Some records may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, billing records, or legal/compliance archives.

We share information only when needed to provide, protect, or operate Betfolyo. We do not sell your betting records or use them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• Service providers may include hosting, database, storage, identity, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, support chat and ticketing, and AI model providers.
• Support chat and ticketing may be handled by tawk.to when the public support widget is enabled.
• We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• Providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to Betfolyo and under appropriate confidentiality and security commitments.

You can control many data choices directly in Betfolyo, and applicable privacy laws may give you additional rights.

• Update profile details, preferences, language, theme, notification choices, avatar, and sessions in the app.
• Decline or withdraw optional Google Analytics consent when Google Analytics is enabled.
• Delete your avatar, reset tracking data, or close your account from settings where available.
• Ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your data is used, subject to identity verification and legal limits.

Betfolyo is intended for adults who can lawfully use sports betting tracking tools in their location. It is not directed to children or to anyone below the legal age for gambling in their jurisdiction.

• Do not provide information about children or other people in your notes or account records.
• If you believe someone below the required age provided personal information to Betfolyo, contact us so the account can be reviewed.

Betfolyo and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures for those transfers.

Use the support channel in Betfolyo or the contact details published by Betfolyo for privacy requests. We may update this notice as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the date and provide additional notice where appropriate.
